Conceptualisation
Making patterns.Culture of Decision Making
Conceptualisation takes place within a human social environment, which itself provides impetus and limitations on the manner in which concepts will be handled and generated. Financially backed proposals, political fashions and socially popular ideas will have a disproportionate influence over the way that concepts will be generated.Conceptualisation as an Activity
In order to participate in group conceptualisation, it is necessary to adopt the mores and customs of the group. These must be learned through close interaction with the group, maybe through group exercises. Every culture has two things: its own set of values and inherent racism. The same applies to work cultural groups as well as social groups.
